I don't see it myself but maybe you have hit upon some largely unexploited commercial potential with that idea. Although, I remain uncovinced of your premise and feel that you must have never been to a California mission. They are close to what you describe (a sanitized state-sponsored lie about the role of Catholicism in the state). They are close to being a propaganda unit because the negative aspects of the forcing of Christian dogma upon indigenous peoples are never emphasized, even though for the native Californians it was mostly a negative experience. I think a lot of people would consider religious theme parks blasphemous, though. Some devout Christian sects don't celebrate birthdays or holidays because it is considered a distraction from the worship of God and an artificial elevation of oneself or others over God.
