You're playing fast and loose with the facts of the case. It was a pharmacist at a CVS outlet, not an owner-operator being forced to carry a product they were morally against. An owner-operator could choose to not sell birth control for religious reasons. They should post that, though, IMO. Should a worker at a national chain such as Waldon Books be guaranteed the right to not sell Bibles (carried as open stock items) to Christians because of their personal beliefs? You've yet to answer and it is a matter of life and death, isn't it. That's part of the Christian (and other) religious dogma. Eternal life or none: that is the choice.
