FYI, the Maher Arar case is considered so serious here in Canada, that the federal government initiated a commission to investigate all aspects of his abduction by the United States. There are pages and pages of documents pertaining to this on the Canadian government's Arar Commission official website: ararcommission.ca The Arar case is NOT some faked CBS newstory as you would like to fantasize that it is. And believe me when I say that all Canadians are paying plenty of attention to this case as it appears to set a precedent for how citizens of our country can be treated like "disappeared" by the United Banana Republic of America.
