it isn't a serious proposal. It's a PR stunt I wouldn't say that. I thought it was a significant proposal. I don't see why this isn't an opportunity for US to bring Iran into the fold. It does no good to make them a pariah. They will get their technology from Russia or N. Korea or Pakistan or maybe France anyway. Our best shot may be to work with them and be in a position to monitor things more closely. Sam
