It will be criminal (punishable by 10 years in Gitmo or 6 months in the rendition program or 1 month sucking up to Bush) for anyone to coerce or pay for votes OR share their ballot with anyone else.

There are many who vote by absentee but I've never heard of anyone trying to pay someone to vote their way. It seems like a lot of risk for relatively little reward. After all, you're talking about paying or coering each individual voter and each incidence is criminal.

Why bother? I'd say it would be a better ROI for the Republicans to mess with the centralized counting machines.
