We do VOTE BY MAIL all the time. It's just called absentee voting and requires people to send in their slip. This would simply be everyone voting absentee.

Have there been problems with absentee voting around the country?

Is there really a law against selling a vote? I can imagine laws against coercing or buying votes but if the seller chooses to vote the way someone else wants him to, is that actually a crime? Is it a crime, say, if a bunch of people get together in a church and fill out their ballots together?

We have voters who can't punch completely through a paper ballot. I just want to make it more likely for voters to actually vote by making it more convenient.

I really think going to the polls suck. Just try absentee voting once and you'll be hooked.

Anyway, that's my experience.
