The book I linked earlier, "Hard Choices for Loving People," goes into a lot of detail about the various choices that need to be made for advanced medical directives. For those needing a living will... there is a wonderful booklet called "Five Wishes" that offers excellent explanations and suggestions for all choices. It comes with easy to understand legal forms, making it very easy to do. I used it several years ago. See: agingwithdignity.org
