Sure, go here and look for running flats then go on to running flats under modern rules. elliott-wave-theory.com Steve Williams has a bunch of rules too, here; but none specifically for running flats. geocities.com I believe I have seen more than one running flat in pm and/or energy stuff over the last few years wherein the C did not even come back below the top of the A. David Petch has charted some this way too, as I recall, and he is an excellent EW'er.
