Why does Israel get a pass

Israel never signed the NPT. Iran did. Israel has suffered repeated attempts to destroy it. Iran hasn't. Israel has never threatened any other country with a nuclear first strike. Rajsanjani has declared that Iran should nuke Israel just as soon as Iran gets the bomb, because Israel would be destroyed, and Iran could survive the retaliation.

In short, the whole world knows that Israel isn't going to just off and nuke some other country without provocation. Nobody is quite sure of this about Iran.

Maybe that's why.
