As a former smoker, there is actually a physiological thing going on with me. Smoke simply bothers me more than before I smoked. Don't know why but my best friend drives me crazy when he smokes in the car. I insist that if he smokes in my presence, we have his window, my window AND the rear window behind me open to assure flow through. It's not good for him anyway.
