I don't understand how you can interpret what I posted to mean that the Mullahs' purpose is for peaceful purposes. Obviously nuclear weapons are not for peaceful purposes.
My point is that getting the mullahs to change course is not easy thanks to historic reasons. But it is, I believe, possible provided that the US changes its FP towards Iran.
