this is not quite true but it sure seems close enough.

Case in point - Air India- The judge says the witnesses comments are unbelievable (these guys all took lie dector tests ) but the judge makes no comment about the integrity of the accused . If you followed the comments of one of the star witnesses you would hear one of the most believable uncoached testimonies to be delivered in a Canadian court.

The accused , hmmmmmm , financial manipulation, weird loans , financial rewards to support of an terrorists wife . Such actions do not make them guilty but how could anyone think what they say is truthful and why would the judge make comments about one sides believability and not the other ?

Why did the Judge not declare the convicted terrorist of being a hostile witness? " He bought the bomb parts but is unable to remember who paid him or who got the parts.

Kinda stacked things in favour of the accused I think.
