Bittner basically transformed the old Rochester Telephone to a world class telecom company offerring broad range of services; he set the stage for growth into the modern era; He was much too young to depart. and I am saddened by this event, although outcome was expected

Curious how you can be so precise in your near term estimates of price target; do you have some technical model or is this off the top of your head. I also believe the stock will inch higher, but was just wondering.
