If you glance at that chart, and see the descending trend as indicated, you would think that the market gods were angry. So I looked at the P&F chart for the semis. That chart, which lumbers along in a 3 year time frame, tells a different story: the semis are in bull confirmed at 36% which is in a very attractive buy zone.
