Move Men and Equipment Into Iraq, With Upwards of $6,000,000 in Contracts To
Perform
SALT LAKE CITY, March 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Synergetic Technologies Inc., is
pleased to announce that the company has acquired 80% ownership of a US based
military contracting firm, Arcon National Maintenance L.L.C., operated from
Utah and currently deploying men and equipment into Iraq under contract with
the US Military. Arcon is in the business of installing network and
surveillance equipment world wide. The company was officially incorporated 3
years ago in Texas and moved last week to Nevada, and is registered there as
an LLC.
Arcon National Maintenance L.L.C. works mainly in the military sector as a
contractor / subcontractor and the technicians have a level GS13 rating,
combined with Advent Technologies 8(a) status it gives the company a definite
advantage in the procurement of military contracts.
The addition of this contract brings to a total 3 ongoing military
installations and contracts being performed at this time. Arcon has a highly
skilled team of installers and techs who are prepared to go wherever the
contracts take them.
Arcon will be used to install projects where there is not an established
dealer in an area or where a high level military security clearance is
required. This first contract is for 3 installations and 40 more
installations are planned upon successful completion.
Synergetic Technologies Inc. also owns 80% of Advent Technologies, a
company that develops and markets software and hardware for the DVR (Digital
Video Recording) industry and is looked upon as a world leader in compression
technologies used for converting analog to digital information. The technology
