No, what I am advocating is that Congress has no constitutional or policy business enacting a law that applies to a single individual with dedicated parents and a good public relations team. If they think states are incapable of handling this issue, maybe they should hold hearings and amend the Americans with Disabilities Act. Maybe they should enact a law substituting a parent's consent for a spouse's consent. But they should do it for everyone in her position, not a single individual because they think it will endear them to Randall Terry.

I don't have any evidence about what she wanted, and neither do you. But 19 different judges heard the case, applied Florida law, and concluded that there was clear and convincing evidence that those were her wishes.

And don't engage in the childish game of exaggerating my position into support for Hitler. It's like saying that if you support the death penalty for first degree murder, then you must support it for illegal parking. You appear to be more intelligent than that.
