I'll buy houses and a flash car, says yob awarded £567,000 I am unclear about your point. Do you think that I am not offended by such rulings? Its very common to post only the lawsuits where there is some excess payment. Most lawsuits are justified and the compensation is reasonable. There are times when negligence leads to the suffering of others. I have no problem penalizing the negligent person or corporation. ted
