Jobs, Who needs em anyway? Just buy a house and take a cash out refi on the appreciation every year to live on. No US citizen needs to work anymore. It is beneath our dignity. All the labor we need is south of the border(heading north) and in China. It's a great society and a great system. The bigger the house you buy with 0% down, the better lifestyle you can live. Those smart enough to buy a million dollar house 3 years ago with nothing down have a cool half million profit now to live on. Why work? Work is for peasants. Anyone smart enough to buy millions of $ worth of property 3 years ago can now afford to retire in style, hire a Mexican maid and someone to do menial yardwork as well. I say it's high time America gets what it deserves. A life of luxury doing nothing, making nothing, outsourcing everything, and living the sweet life of cash out refinancing, Mexican maids, and dinner parties to discuss how much their home has gone up over the last 6 months. Why didn't we think of this 20 years ago? Look at all the needless work we have been doing. At any rate, it's a well deserved party, and long overdue too! I think it can go on forever. Mish
