Monday’s QQQQ update

If it looks like a bottom and smells a bottom.

Anyway, yesterday in TMW analysis I made the following statements: Intra-day charts show me that Monday’s trading will begin the day on the upside and remain that way for most of the session. First upper resistance will be at 36.85. A move back above 37.00 should be the case by mid week as long as support at 36.39 holds.

In the above intra-day 5-minute chart you can clearly see that Monday’s trading began the day on the upside as predicted. Support at 36.39 was quickly tested and then briefly breached before massive buying which propelled the Qubes within 10 cents of the support level mentioned above, 36.85.

The daily chart shows a clear shift in trend but with weak momentum.

William’s %R is now up= Bullish
Stochastic 5-3-3 has a confirmed cross-over in the buy zone= Bullish
A spinning top candlestick formed today= Bullish
Bounce off of Support at 36.39 after the brief breach= Bullish.
