As long as you have an alternative to letting people starve, or having the children of people who do not behave, starve. Otherwise it's fine with me.

I think we should pay kids to finish high school. I think we should pay kids for not having babies. I think it should be a pretty big chunk of change- because when the kids DO go wrong, they end up costing us so much money, that prevention looks cheap. I found that as little as five dollars was an incentive to high school students to read every day. I think 1000 dollars for finishing high school with a "c" average would be a cheap price to pay if it motivated students. And how about 500 a year in certain "economic development zones" for girls who don't get pregnant?
