The one startling thing that is missing in this whole scenario is the parent.

Aren't there any repercussions for bringing a child into this world?

I knew when I was having a child that this child was mine to love, educate, and raise to adulthood in a country that had offered unlimitless bounties if we lived by the Constitution, and fought to protect it..

Call me old fashioned, call me lame brain, call me mushy, but I still stand for the National Anthem.
