Here we are having trouble paying for SS and other programs and now we should pay kids to do what we already pay for them to do? Time to bring back military school. If a kid isn't making it by 10th grade then send him to military school to learn some discipline. My son will get good grades and wont be a financial drag on the system because he has me to answer to.
