Buying no, holding yes. NBR PTEN are still trading close to their highs so far so there appears to be plenty of institutions buying. One of these days you will have a call to hang your hat on again. Your call in season ending storage levels was way off and based on a faulty understanding of fundamentals. Where is the FLUSH production.
