When is Europe going to stand up to Bush and say "We've had enough of your lies."?

They can't, because the cost of saying it that bluntly is too high. That will have to wait until Europe finds a better trading partner (possibly in China), learns to fight dirty on the war of propaganda, and beefs up its military.

In the meanwhile, why don't Americans say the same thing? There are no such economic and political risks associated with his own citizens standing up to his BS.
