Powder River Basin Gas Corp. Announces Purchase of Development Project in Franklin Parish, Louisiana-Expected to be in Full Production in Record 45 Days 3/22/2005 7:05:53 AM CALGARY, ALBERTA, Mar 22, 2005 (CCNMatthews via COMTEX) -- Powder River Basin Gas Corp. (PRVB) - Acquisitions Lead the Way to Revenue - Powder River Basin Gas Corp., a revenue generating producer and acquirer of crude oil and natural gas, today announced the Company has purchased a development project in Franklin Parish Louisiana. The property contains 160 acres and has three wells completed at approximately 3,400 feet. The project consists of two production wells and one disposal well. To maximize production the wells will be re-worked and treated to maximize production. Re-work will start immediately with the installation of electricity to replace the inefficient gas engines previously used to power the pumping units. Downhole work will commence at the same time. With proper operation of the wells, they are capable of producing over 20 BOPD per well. Due to its close proximity to Powder River's previously announced Springhill project, the Franklin Parish project can be managed by the same field supervisor. The wells are expected to be in the full production within 45 days. At the sellers request the purchase price can not be disclosed however this was a cash acquisition.
