Are you a lawyer? Because, it seems to me that all you have to do is read the motion, and your complaints and objections would be answered. no, nor do i play one on the internet <g> perhaps you can decipher the motion for a lay person... i trust you can do that? as far as my complaints and objections i can distill them quite simply give ms. schiavo a fair hearing in court with the latest medical analysis, unencumbered by factions that have their own particular axe to grind (selfish motivation) and determine whether or not she is truly in a persistent vegetative state and IF so, did she pro-actively make her wishes known about such a state, were to be addressed by acceptable caregivers without that, i think we err on the side of life i do not find hearsay 'evidence' by parties able to profit from her death as compelling
