. I am, of course, disappointed in the ruling, but he seems to be correct based on what was put before him. That was my feeling too BUT I was expecting a WHOLE NEW TRIAL under the assumption that there is NEW EVIDENCE not previously included in the trial record. I also was under the assumption the judge was to issue a stay on withholding feeding until this new trial could be conducted. I dont know whether the parents attorney screwed up as I just knew his arguements wouldnt mean squat if Terri was stuck with evidence in the record or whether the judge screwed up. Maybe you could give us your opinion on this? jdn
