Ted, It violates the Constitution. How so? Federal law trumps state law. So Congress got something passed in the middle of the night just because they didn't like the decision of a Florida court. That only bothers you because Congress is controlled by the GOP, not because of "states rights" or some other red herring. Tenchusatsu
