I'm glad to know at least one person thinks I can take a joke.

I don't think you can talk about how ridiculous RE prices are without discussing the concept of value and how it departs or adheres to price. When you discuss value, you can't avoid the idea that "value" isn't inherent in the object, that it's a subjective quality that has everything to do with what you personally hold dear.

Can you think of a better way to pass the time needed for the RE end game to play out? It's either that or I drive around my area and get depressed counting the huge houses growing up where beautiful fields of corn, rye and soybeans used to be.
