Agreed. I think the U.S. has done all we can do now. We should start to draw down the troops soon. It would be nice to get the total force down to 10,000 or less by the end of 2006. If the Iraqis can't ramp up an army and police force to control the country by then, it will be doubtful that it will ever happen.
