"Although I don't have children of my own, " HAHA, I was talking to a french friend bitching about his work hours being increased, and how france and the rest of the west are going to have debt downgraded to "junk" status over the next few decades because of demographic and entitlement issues. He was also complaining about all those damn immigrants coming over destroying the traditions and customs he was familiar with and used too. He is older than me and at one time I wanted to date his daughter, but her career was more important than family or demographic sustainability. I told him he should have taught her to listen to her Bible when the lord said go forth and multiply, instead she chose to reject the gift of impregnation I was so willing to give and do as god commanded - HAHA! I told him he must pay the price for a daughter unwilling to birth future tax payers and laborers! He did not find my jest amusing. My older nascar friend in the USA is bitching because nascar and now the NFL are holding events in mexico city - and I gave him the same logic - had he instructed his daughter to go forth and multiply as the lord commanded, then instead of her choosing macy's and the finance job over homemaking and child rearing - we would not have to depend on the mexican immigration to sustain our demographics and he should have encouraged his child to be more sharing with her physical love - he did not take kindly to my jest either. Grace I don't know your age, but most women I met in the tampa area when we were in our 20's said they would wait until the 30's to have children, well now in their 30's they say career and daily stress is too much and they will never have children - am I wrong in thinking that although this may be a great personal choice - that choice is sacrificing certain nations and cultures? Why do so many find my jest so offensive?
