Actually, the only thing that's typically disconnected is Frank Olsen's brain and his big fat mouth. The former is almost never engaged when the other is in motion. And, his conscience has been 100% non-functional for years. If you want to see "..explosive growth.." in their company, simply light a match in his vacinity. But, make sure you put on your safety goggles, hard hat, and bomb squad blast suit on first...!!! Methane present between the upper and lower explosive limits of oxygen concentration and at room temperature can be very hazardous to your health..!!! John :-) .
