I didn't see any terrorist bombing the WTC when Clinton was around. The blame game is useless when it comes to dealing with cold blooded killers. It is crazy to suggest that we could have prevented such a malicious act of war.

You can ignore the clear cut support for terrorism by people like bin Laden and Saddam. Those guys were handing out oil vouchers like bathroom passes. This money was used to support all of the Islamic charities that set up Al Quaeda training camps to teach people how to strap bombs to their chest so they can kill innocent people.

Why don't you spend a little time dissecting the motives of the people that are attacking us. Do you support the use of suicide bombs that kill Shiite citizens to protest their leadership of the country?

That is almost as stupid as Greenspan lifting interest rates to fight inflation. Last time I checked, the labor pool of the world was getting so big every one was making less money. Goods were pouring in from places like Asia at record low prices. I wish I could find any sign of higher prices so I could find somewhere to park my money. Oil futures are great, but the big cap stocks never seem to participate.

When you choose to look at the real world, you will accept the fact that killers need to be brought to justice whether they prey on children in Fliorida or kill bus loads of people in Iraq. Iraqi terrorists have no right to terrorize their fellow citizens or the Iraqi police trying to establish order. If you are naive enough to support the killers in Iraq, you would support cop killers in the US. They need to brutally clamp down on all forms of terrorism in Iraq and all parts of the Islamic community, especially Palestine.

Same with economics. It really pisses me off to see Greenspan playing this eternal game of monetary instability. He pushed rates too high, then he pushes them too low. I thought Fed policy was to promote stability. Fed attempts to micromanage the value of the dollar in the face of higher energy prices is not doing anyone any good.

Why should he make our mortgage payments higher at the same time we have to pay $40 to fill our gas tanks. Actually, I paid over $50 today. It really pisses me off that my interest only mortgage payments have skyrocketed at the same time.

Meanwhile, these dumb fuck traders keep calling for 4% Fed funds rates by the end of the year. 4% is an absurd return for cash returns. The dividend rate for the Dow is only 1.75%. The dividend rate for big cap energy is under 2%. With the 10 year note trading at $95, everyone buying bonds is under water right now because Alan has a trigger finger that can't seem to stop.

I defy anyone to find any legitimate reasosn for the Fed to raise rates other than a useless attempt to intervene in the rise in the price of energy.
