Khobar Towers, embassies in Kenya and Tanzania, the USS Cole...do these names ring a bell?

Clinton's weak, almost non-response to these attacks convinced Osama bin Laden that America was a paper tiger who would fold if struck a heavy blow...he said so over and over. Osama declared war on the US in 1998. Clinton chose not to notice.
