I agree with you about inventory, AND I don't think it matters {at current price of homebuilder stocks} WHO's inventory it is! If investors unrelated to the builders are holding inventory even remotely in the same area as the builders {OK, optioned} dirt... the builder AIN'T GOING TO BUILD SCRATCH. The inventory will undercut him. DAK
