It was heartening to see Mr. COURY and I are on the same page as far as consolidation in the industry. Some other thoughts.
Generics are growing and expected to grow further. The cost of constructing a new plant to fill demand would not be worth the cost due to margin erosion thats going on now. Why not buy out a weak competitor and have in place an already approved FDA facility.

I said this last year. From the consolidation that's been going on in generics. This might be the case now. If anybody hasn't noticed yet. Many generics have been under pressure for lack of new approvals and competition. One way to solve the problem is through consolidation. There are just to many competitors out there. I would love to see this stock trade on fundamentals, but that's a long ways away IMO.
