Law can't solve every problem. It's meant to work in only a few areas, and in the ones that are best developed, say, contracts, it works well, although we've had to develop equititable remedies to fill in the gaps.

I can't tell you how many times I've sat in a law library late at night, pulling out my hair while I look for a remedy. Sometimes there just isn't a remedy.

Some problems need magicians to solve.
