Both.

I'd say when the majority of Californians voted to make gay marriage illegal, they made a clear statement of what "society's mores" are.

So we're back to states rights, are we not? So why are the Feds messing in Florida's business?

Frankly, I don't have the time or energy to explain the legislative and judicial branches and their responsibilities. Let's just say that it's served the Republic pretty well over the years, and one person, with no brain function, dying is probably not a reason to start over.

If the judicial gets out of hand they will be replaced... remember they are either elected or appointed by those people we elect.
