I just had to do a quick check of the Westergaard web site, this is the summary of the "CyberPatrol" findings: "Westergaard Cyberpatrol has determined that "Pluvia's true agenda has been to promote the competive position of ILT. It has been determined that he does not represent professional short sellers as claimed". SI and other forum members have a right to disclosure as the intentions of hostile forum posters, particularly when those intentions are other than investment oriented. SI should take particular care not to allow its members to be manipulated by persons serving other than investment oriented agendae."
