Absolutely, 100% not true.

Just because you wish for something to be true, that doesn't mean that it is true. You can pretend to be knowledgeable about something. You don't know the facts. You still insist you are correct, without any research on your part. If you go through life like this, assuming that future contracts and agreements mean what you "think that they mean", rather than if you read them fully and try to understand them, then you are going to pay a high price, some day, for your lack of evaluation and analysis.
