You are right. Under my system, American soldiers, serving our country, without a HS diploma, would not have a right to vote. You caused me review my own opinion, and to change it. Anyone who is willing to fight for our country, should have the right to vote, regardless of education. No doubt about that. In their case, I would be honored to hand them a voting ballot in person.
Everyone else without a high school diploma, whether their name is Brian or not, would be not allowed the right to vote. That is, unless you can come up with another exception. <g>
