What do you mean "at will?" This case has been before the courts FOR YEARS.

Last week in Houston, a little baby's life was terminated, against the will of its parents, because a law signed by Gov. BUsh signed in 1999 allowed the hospital to do so. Why do you care about Schiavo and not about this baby?
