Diana, one way to defeat this kind of baloney from Slider is to prove him wrong or ignore him. I know how to deal with these kind of people but I suspect that if I were allowed to have at him that others might become annoyed with me and I don't really want that. These topics would always come up anyway and facing and discussing them is educational also. To me it is important to help people see the other point of view, the less popular one in the eyes of the fanatical neocons that in their irrational exuberism end up misleading people into making bad investment decisions based on their special kind of hillbilly gingoism.
