Didn't you hear the CEO of Coldwell Banker on CNBC today talk about favorable demographic trends for at least the next couple of decades with continued appreciation in a low interest rate environment? What the hell happened to the new economy and those shares of JDSU being pumped in 1999? Oh yes demographic trends are more favorable than 1999 because we have 15M more immigrants from third world countries living here and they all love real estate too..lol
