Did he happen to tell them that HE is the gift from God for their cause. He met in advance of his stand on this case with several other house members to make a decision as to how they best could use this cause Celebre for their own means. I am sure they didn't say it in those words, exactly, however the intent was to capitalize on this poor woman's life and death decision which has been hyped by the media into a frenzy with all kinds of erroneous facts being disseminated.. Very sad but very infuriating too. Tom DeLay &company.. Do you think too it might be to defray the fracas about his unethical behavior in other situations ?
