If our birth rate is declining which seems to be the case and our deficit is increasing we are long range in terrible trouble. So we have no choice but inflation that has to be very selective and I think it has to be in some sort of taxation not product inflation. We must decrease the deficit carefully control dollars or we will certainly be facing a continued erosion of our dollar.

Searle I was not aware that one can purchase a house no down because income is sufficient. I thought that break only applied to new houses but it applies to all, there is utterly no need for any dollars to be put down on property if you qualify income wise.

The economy is fine as of yet heaven for bid it starts to slow here in CA. If one thinks about it maybe is a very good way to buy a house you still can have your capital work and if property drops you will still have working dollars and the lenders have the largest risk at least in this time period.
