men mailmen - I agree with you. I believe that this stock is being manipulated. Most of you on this thread seem to agree too this is the case. There has been a big question on my mine and my father's about the Legality of what has been going on. You don't have 10-20X normal volume and see no price movement. NASD is trying to clean up this kind of misuse of the market and it does no one any good to turn a blind eye just to "ride the coattails", in an attempt to eat the "scraps" dropped by the "big boys" as they take advantage of many defenseless investors. As long as ACTV itself has no part in this illegal activity I don't think we have any reason to worry about ACTV hurting as a stock in any type of NASD investigation should one arise. Men Mailman, keep us up to date if anything arises from your complaint to NASD.
