Even worse, Republicans are killing the Medicaid (in serious trouble 20 years before SS starts feeling the pinch) that pays for Schiavo. Even worse, Bush applauds the futility of keeping a poor black baby alive in Texas. Even worse, Bush giggles and mocks in public about Karla Faye Tucker's pleading for her life on death row. Even worse, Frist (owner of HCA - huge hospital chain) makes unbelievably stupid medical diagnosis (why isn't that malpractice as he has tried to directly affect her care) without bothering to see her. Can it get any worse? Yep, over 70% of the American public hates what DeLay/Bush/Frist/Bush are doing but those twits are simply out to show the enormous power the right-wing fake christians have over the rest of us. It's a flex-your-power gambit (they've already gone after the last judge) to show the rest of America that we do not live in a democracy any longer. How much money (old people sending in their SS checks yet again) has the fake christian rightwing made off of Schiavo? How much money have the Schindlers received from them?
