The interpretation I had of the spending comments was that the author was not letting Republicans off the hook for fiscal excess. Perhaps he meant to be ambiguous. It is interesting though that for all of the hay being made by Democrats never includes mention of the massive fraud perpetrated by Democrats in their redistricting, and their suppressing the will of Texans and keeping their Gerrymandering in place after 2000.

For what it is worth, I am against Gerrymandering. Draw contiguous districts every time.

I look forward to resolving in a court whether Tom DeLay is unethical or conducted himself illegally. Innuendo by politically motivated media outlets is offensive unless editorial disclaimer is appropriately issued.
