OK, fine.

Take it up with the legislatures in 50 states if you want to change the laws. (And, don't forget Texas! Your hospitals there, on the recommendation of their own doctors, irrespective of others, are legally allowed to unplug people in a vegetative state who are indigent and can't pay their bills. They just pulled the plug on a one year-old child last week over the objections of his parents.)
